Batman cake

Hey ! I know I haven't been posting lately, I've been busy with school and sports. So sorry ! :)

So anyway, last Sunday, quite a few of us went to Nurul's house to celebrate her 17th birthday. Since she's a batman mania, i decided to bake her a batman cake. As usual, the base was the chocolate cake, and my sister used her magic hands to shape the logo. So here's how it turned out.

Hydrangea cupcake

This blog is inspired by,

glorioustreat.blogspot.com

Go ahead and check it out :)

First of all, meet my sister, the person who is responsible for all the heavy decorations and awesome hydrangea cupcakes i'm about to show you.

#1 Attempt

So, i just wanted to try my luck with these hydrangea cupcakes because they look soo pretty and achievable. At first, it was just a hey, let's do this because it looks fun, until the base turned out good, hehe. So we decided to make more of them for my cousin's engagement the next day. Since it was late, we just baked with whatever we had at home.

Just pick whatever colour you want. In my case, i chose pink and white. When you put the icing into the icing bad, divide it into half, one side pink and the other side white. Then, you just have to work with your creativity. But as you can see, the flowers were over sized because we used our mom's samperit acuan since we didn't have the proper thing and it was too late to go get one. My advice, go get the thing, (i have no idea what it's called) so that you can get a better outcome :) So,here's our
Pink and White Hydrangea Cupcakes :)

#2 Attempt

So, these were done properly because my cousin ordered them for her bil's engagement hantaran, and the theme was purple and silver. So, we added a little bit of blue and used silver cups to follow the theme :) For these cupcakes, i only have one word, SUCCESS !
So, proudly presenting our
Purple and Blue Hydrangea Cupcakes :D

Perfect chocolate cake.

So, i only decided to start this blog after four years of baking, so i have a lot more photos that i'll be uploading soon :) But for now, let's start with the best recipe i own. Experiments after experiments, i got the perfect chocolate cake. And i get a lot of " demands " for this simple cake. Haha. So, i tend to change the decoration of the cake for every birthday.

The photo on top is just a simple cake topped with chocolate topping and chocolate chips.

For this one, i used the chocolate cake as the base and cadbury icing for the lighter brown side, it's a uklele/guitar if you're wondering what it is ;) This one was decorated by my sister, for the extreme decorations, just give them to her. It's her thing. haha

And this one, instead of baking cake for my best friend, i separated them into small cups, because mariam looks more like a cupcake person, so bubbly and tiny. HAHAH sorry about the writing, was out of butter, so i couldn't write the name properly, so i used some stars and gummies, turned out very colourful which is very her, so yeay to me !

This cake was for my fatty #1's birthday. Hahaha, Nurul's a very very VERY chocolaty person, so i used choki choki for the decoration which looked like a black and white brain, hahaha but this was my first attempt in decorating using icing, so give me some time :)

ps, i've got a banana cake in the steamer and vanilla cake in the oven, but because my mum asked for it, she doesn't want any icing on top, so no decorating for me :(
